FAQ
Is my data in the cloud?
No. Everything stays on your iPhone — see privacy. If you have iCloud Backup enabled, the system handles a backup encrypted by Apple, but we don't have access.
If I switch iPhones, do I lose my data?
No — as long as you restore the new iPhone from your iCloud backup (or from the old phone). Tack data is included in that backup automatically.
Android / web version?
iPhone only for now — that's where we started so we could do it well before spreading out. Android and web may come, but they depend on how many people ask. If you're one of them, drop a line — it helps with prioritizing.
Bank import / Open Banking?
No, and likely won't. Tack was built to be manual — logging on purpose is part of how the app works. If you'd rather have full automation, it makes sense to look at apps designed around that; there are good options out there.
How do I delete all my data?
Uninstall the app — the data goes with it (it lives only on your device). There's no in-app "delete all" button: uninstalling is the way to wipe.
